Welcome to Ecommop, where we’re rewriting the rules of eCommerce growth. Our name stands for eCommerce Operations because that’s what we do: operate, end-to-end.

We’re a global team (with boots on the ground in Hong Kong and Italy) of e-commerce veterans, supply chain experts, marketing creatives, and data nerds, all united by a simple belief: We only win when our clients win.

Our Story

Ecommop was founded to challenge the status quo of how eCommerce businesses are scaled. Our founders saw too many brands struggle while juggling a patchwork of consultants, agencies, sourcing agents, and freelancers – none of whom talked to each other, and all of whom got paid regardless of results. Meanwhile, the brand owner was left holding the bag (and the risk). We knew there was a better way: a one-stop, truly integrated approach, with skin in the game. So we built Ecommop to be the partner we wish we had when we were on the client side.

Our Mission

Our mission is straightforward: Empower eCommerce entrepreneurs to grow faster and more efficiently by handling the heavy lifting for them – and tying our success to theirs. We describe ourselves as “end-to-end eCommerce operators” because we literally take on the operation of your business, from product to fulfillment to marketing, rather than just giving advice. We’ve flipped the typical agency model on its head. Instead of high monthly retainers with vague deliverables, we charge low base fees plus a share of the profit we generate for you. This is our “profit-on-profit” incentive structure. In practice, it means if you don’t see results, we don’t get paid beyond minimal cost coverage. We think this is just fair – it forces us to prioritize what actually moves the needle (sales, margin, growth) rather than vanity metrics. It also builds immense trust: you know we’re recommending actions because they help you, not because we want to bill more hours. Our Hong Kong base plugs you into the heart of global manufacturing and Asian eCommerce trends, while our presence in Europe (and servicing North America) keeps you close to your core markets. We work around the clock (our team’s working hours cover almost 24 hours because of time zone spread). While you’re sleeping, we might be negotiating with a supplier or responding to an overseas customer. When you wake up, stuff got done. Culturally, we blend Italian creative flair and strategic thinking with Hong Kong’s efficiency and speed. It’s a powerful combination that yields innovative yet pragmatic solutions.

In all dealings, we prioritize honesty and ethical conduct. There are a lot of shady shortcuts one could take in this industry – we avoid them. We build real, sustainable businesses. That means authentic marketing, fair labor practices in sourcing, and transparent fees. We’d rather lose a deal than make a false promise.
